Perched on a down sloping property, a tremendous effort was taken to fully utilize the 230-degree view from Independence Peak in the Northeast, past Verdi Peak, to Mt. Rose, past Martis Peak, to Donner Peak , all the way to Castle Peak in the West. The open plan and split pavilion approach, enables a majority of the spaces to take advantage of the spectacular vistas.
